There is an easy way to access this calendar from your phone without needing to create a bookmark or remember the above URL. You can create a shortcut to it from your homescreen (like any other app)! To do this, use the following instructions (depending on which phone you use):
iPhone
- Open Safari and navigate to http://syracusehog.com/cal
- That URL should redirect to Google Calendar (which will have a much more complicated URL)
- Open your menu (usually at the bottom of the screen) and select “Add to Home Screen”
- If it doesn’t bring you back to your home screen, click your main button.
- From there, you can move the new icon anywhere you want.
- Now you can access the Google Calendar from a single click!
Android Phone
- Open Chrome and navigate to http://syracusehog.com/cal
- That URL should redirect to Google Calendar (which will have a much more complicated URL)
